How to survive stress and improve personal and professional productivity”, and can be seen as a real expert on this topic.

About the talk ‘’The Power of Stress’’
Have you ever thought why: You work so hard and are still not getting the results you want?
Your energy level during the day drops too soon? You have physical complaints of which you don’t really know why you have them? Have you ever felt like all is just a bit too much for you and don’t know how you will handle all?

All of these can severely affect your productivity, your capacity to give your best and in the long run achieve your personal and professional goals.

For anybody working for a big or small company or self-employed, it is important to learn and develop the skills to survive, understand and manage stress. It is also essential to know what stress is, recognize stress in yourself and others and use your work environment in an optimal way to find the best solutions. Many have no clue what is going on and need attention and advice on how to handle and manage stress in this information age. And what role can stress play for ambitious women? These subjects will be covered in this Talk by Nupur Kohli.

Nupur, who is only 28 years old, has already presented at numerous national and international events. She was named most inspiring woman in technology in the Netherlands 2017 (Inspiring 50 Europe), nominated for the Joke Smit Award 2017, and winner of the Viva 400 2016 in the category Smart Brains.
