Every month TopFem organises a Network Event. On November 30 we are presenting the annual Next Generation Event for all programme participants and other ambitious ladies that are interested in the Mentor&Network Programme. For this event TopFem joins forces with Lof and HUBspot Leiden to bring together mentors and mentees.

Lof was founded by Jolanda Holwerda in 2009 and inspires women to realise their ambitions. The organisation has developed an extensive network with leading ladies from many different sectors who meet regularly and share their (success) stories. TopFem is very excited to collaborate with Lof and connect their leading ladies to the next generation of leaders.

The event will start with a Recruiters Panel consisting of recruiters from AT Kearney and Achmea. They can answer all your pressing questions regarding job/internship applications and share insider tips and tricks for your resume. This part of the evening is especially interesting for students. Next, there will be an informal moment to meet Lof’s leading ladies over drinks, followed by a presentation about mentorship. To give this event a meaning to its purpose, the buffet will include a speed dating session between TopFem participants and potential LOF mentors.

The Next Generation event is the perfect opportunity for those who are thinking of applying for our Mentor&Network Programme and would like to meet their future mentor. Make sure you don’t miss this inspiring event! Register on this page and on Facebook.
